Question 1

How does an AI voice receptionist handle patient or customer appointments?

Accepted Answer

The Nexshiv voice agent answers calls within 2 rings, understands natural conversation in English and French, verifies caller details, checks calendar availability in real-time, and books confirmed slots while instantly sending SMS confirmation links.

Question 2

Is Nexshiv compliant with Canadian privacy laws like PIPEDA and Quebec Law 25?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Nexshiv implements zero-retention data pipelines, enterprise-grade AES-256 encryption in transit and at rest, Canadian cloud regional hosting, and Business Associate Agreements (BAAs) where required.

Question 3

How long does deployment take from kickoff to live operations?

Accepted Answer

Deployments typically take 7 to 14 business days. Nexshiv handles 100% of architecture design, voice agent prompt engineering, telephony routing, calendar integration, and end-to-end stress testing.

Question 4

What happens when a caller has a complex or emergency inquiry?

Accepted Answer

Nexshiv agents are equipped with deterministic fallback protocols. When an emergency or complex case is detected, the agent immediately warm-transfers the call to an on-call human staff member or alerts designated personnel via high-priority SMS/Slack notifications.

Question 5

Can Nexshiv integrate with our existing CRM and practice management software?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Nexshiv natively integrates with Jane App, Clio, HubSpot, Salesforce, GoHighLevel, Google Workspace, Cal.com, and custom database webhooks.
